Terracotta is hiring...

posted by ari

Some things I think are very important for people to know:

1. Terracotta doesn't take hiring lightly. We believe the adage that a small, stellar team can do the work of many unmotivated individuals.

2. Our product gives our developers that rare chance to work at many levels, including application development (Spring, web apps, O/R-mapping, concurrency and eventing, etc.) , JVM internals, and at the kernel level.

3. Our field team loves what they do. They get kudos from customers every day; customers who see scaling challenges solved in hours that they expect to take weeks.

4. Our team is highly distributed and even though our headquarters is in San Francisco, CA relocation is not required. In fact, we gain efficiencies by being distributed.

The pace is fast. But the rewards are great.
If you want to work on hardcore technology, and if you want to be part of a fast growing community, take a look at our job listings and submit your resume to careers AT terracottatech DOT com.

Hope to hear from you soon...
